You can return an item purchased on our website within 30 days after purchasing it.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition as received and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
A receipt or a proof of purchase is required.
Klleen's money back guarantee protects your order if it is damaged or did not arrive. To satisfy our customers, we will try our best to make the process as easy as possible. 

Please contact our customer support via service@klleen.com before sending your purchase back. With the request, include the order number and your full name to ensure you receive a prompt service.Once the item is treated, our team will provide you return instructions by email. Print a copy and attach it to the packaging of the returned product.When the item in question is received, we will notify you of the refund confirmation. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied. We strongly recommend to get a proof of postage when returning the goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Klleen only replaces products covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund policy. Please take photos of the item and email our shipping support at service@klleen.com.
Klleen's team will examine your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

After the payment is completed, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number.

An international order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and additional fees.
They are imposed once the shipment reaches the delivery country and must be fulfilled by the customer.
Klleen has no control over these extra charges and can not estimate them in advance.

Klleen's support issue refunds within 72 business hours after receipt return.
Your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. That being said, please allow up to 10 working days after posting the item. We will contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been applied.

Yes, you must be of legal age in your country to order any Klleen item.

Our warranty covers the following parts of Klleen Kits and Grinders used in the preparation of legal herbs: 

• The breaking of the grinder's chevron teeth with regular usage
• The breaking of the Klleen Tool 
• The demagnetization of our Neodymium N52 Rare Earth Magnets

In these rare cases, our support team will furnish you a replacement part at no additonnal charge. If you meet the warranty's conditions, we will replace the damaged piece, not the whole product.
Scratches and other damages generated by the user are not covered. Klleen's anodized aluminum parts are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Aesthetical damages, accidental drops and improper use are not eligible for a reclamation.
Klleen reserves the right to approve or reject any applications.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to products purchased on www.klleen.com and at authorized retailers.A receipt or proof of purchase is absolutely required to apply the warranty and issue a free replacement of the brocken piece.
