Klleen's compact smell-proof kits incorporate a novel grinding system connected to an integrated rolling tray. Conveniently, this modular apparatus is designed to include three compartments formed in the casing to store rolling papers, lighters and tips. No need to carry separate and often cumbersome accessories.

To optimize the user's experience, our experts developped a multifunctional tool (Packer and Scraper) and included a pre-rolled's stash.

MEDICAL-GRADE ANODIZED ALUMINUM

Klleen's metallic parts are made of premium medical-grade Aerospace aluminum. These solid shredders/tools are anodized (Type II) to prevent corrosion and to increase their wear resistance. Due to this surface treatment, the aluminum becomes completely scratch resistant and fully protected.

In order to eliminate any remaning impurities and provide an exceptionnal quality, all our anodized parts are cleansed in ultrasonic bathes. This technique, used in the medical field to remove all contamination, is considered as the most modern and efficient method in precision cleaning operations.
In opposition to painted aluminum, the electrolytic passivation process avoids shredder's breakages, flakes and chips. Thus, anodizing is the ultimate choice because it prevents metallic residus to contaminate your herb. 

Note that all our grinders and tools are carefully polished to increase their durability. This process acts as a protective sealant permitting glossy and gorgeous reflective finish. Klleen's aluminum parts are CNC machined and laser printed with state-of-the-art technologies.

MEDICAL-GRADE POLYCARBONATE

Klleen prides itself by using a biocompatible polymer according to many ISO 10993-1 test requirements. Because your health is important to us, this All-in-One kit is made of the same durable material than medical devices (Makrolon 2858) and sanitized. It is suitable for steam sterilization at 121°C and can be cleaned with isopropylic alcohol without worries. 

Our engineers opted for this lightweight material because it assures excellent toughness and high-impact strenght. Furthermore, Klleen's refined satin polymer is aesthetically pleasing and extremely convenient. In fact, the surface finish does not stick because it is unstatic.
Our ultra precise parts are manufactured under extremely strict tolerances to maintain a superior quality standard. 

To enhance the comfort of the handling, we have carefully studied the kit's structure, delicately rounded all corners and added a textured surface for extra grip. The device is designed to quickly access the accessories, thereby enabling a practical use of all functions. This smell-proof solution is so ergonomic that it fits in a hand and can be carried in a pocket.
Notice that the kit's shape is suitable for right and left-handed users. 

INNOVATIVE GRINDER'S LIDS

The Klleen Handle is the only shredder's lid with a magnetized handgrip into it's top. 

This groundbreaking invention is undoubtedly the ultimate choice in terms of efficiency. Our stylish design ensures a durable smooth rotation, a comfortable handling and remains the most ergonomic grinder in the world. 
The handle offers a strong grip, regardless of the hand's size. It is toughtfully optimized to easily open and shut the shredder's top. To provide a unique and exceptional experience, we fastidiously engineered every single aspect of this new product. 

Moreover, we carried out a thorough examination of the conventionnal lid and improved it by developing a superior Klleen Grip pattern. 
Our engineers designed a ''knurling'' system of 264 slim vertical stripes working simultanously with a custom horizontal motif. These numerous retentions on the circumference improve the Klleen Grip's handling by allowing the fingers to strongly grasp the shredder's top. 

All Klleen's outstanding grinders turn with very little effort and are jam-free.  
For these reasons, our distinctive shredders are certainly the smoothest option and can easily be used by the medical customers.

GENIUS HOLE PATTERN & TOOTH DESIGN

Klleen's chevron blades are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This innovative design is accurately thought to generate the fluffiest consistency without any manual rework. Our dual action tooth slices precisely and avoids smashed herb by balancing two different cutting forces. Grind the buds whitout separating the trichomes, thus preserving their benefits (flavor & effects). 

The ergonomic size of Klleen's blades prevents them from sticking and keeps your grinder always fluid. Our experts prioritized a low profile tooth with 3-points base for maximum stability. This reduced  friction and allowed effortless rotation with increased tooth resistance. 
As you can notice, our unique system is composed of two sizes of chevron tooth. This arrangement of Klleen's ergonomic blades ensures an excellent loading capacity and avoids stocked material in the core of the grinder.

To fully eliminate herb's squashing and blockages, our engineers carefully shortened the edges of the lid to expose eight mini diamonds. These protrusions make the herb fall quickly into the numerous holes to avoid extra cuts and preserve the fluffiness. 

In addition, our team spent countless hours developing Klleen’s pattern of transit holes. This motif composed of 4 holes from various sizes is the absolute filter to your non grounded buds. Their different shapes of elongate eight optimize the refining and rigorously block the stems.

Klleen's accessories are equiped of powerful Neodymium N52 Rare Earth Magnets that are also guaranteed for life. These exceptional devices are the
strongest of their size to provide odor-proof and safe superior closures on any occasion. Our nickel plated magnets (Triple Layer Coated) are fully protected against corrosion and ensure maximum service life.
