SHIPPING POLICY

 After the payment is completed, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and the client will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number.

Our shipping center's business hours are from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (Monday-Friday). All packages will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post. Notice that we do not ship on weekends and hollidays.

Shipment's Delay per destination :

• United States : 7-14 business days
• Canada : 3-7 business days
• Worldwide : 14-21 business days

Due to the COVID-19, we experienced longer than usual shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

An international order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and additional fees. They are imposed once the shipment reaches the delivery country and must be fulfilled by the customer.
Klleen has no control over these extra charges and cannot estimate them in advance. 

*UPS abandons refused international shipments after 30 days. If you request a refund for these cases, the recipient must return the order to Klleen and assume the return shipping fees.
