RETURN POLICY
- Return Policy is valid 30 days after puchase
- Contact company first before sending your purchase back (service@klleen.com)
- Include your order number and full name
- Unused and in the exact same condition as received
- Must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- To cancel or modify your order : contact service@klleen.com
- Once the return is received, we will notify you of the refund confirmation
SHIPPING
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have experienced longer than usual shipping
delays. We appreciate your understanding.
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received
- UPS Ground with insurance provided
- UPS Standard International with insurance provided
- We do not ship on weekends and hollidays
- For US and International shipments, please allow 7-14 business days
- For canadian orders, 3-7 business days
- When order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes the
tracking number
- An International order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.
They are imposed once the shipment reaches de destination's country and must be fulfilled by the customer
LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to apply the warranty
- Only applicable to products purchased on www.klleen.com
- The limited lifetime warranty only covers the breaking of the grinder's
blades/teeth with normal use
- Scratches and otherdamages are not covered

- If your requests meets the criteria of our limited lifetime warranty we will issue a free replacement of the brocken piece
